We are planning a very *special litter* that will be born in August. These puppies will be either solid Ruby or Black & Tan. Their mama is my favorite girl, Pepper, who is an AKC Grand Champion. The sire is going to be Elroy.

I am breeding Pepper for MYSELF, because I want a puppy from her. Pepper has a Grade 2 murmur and she is four years old. This is less than ideal. The goal is to produce a line of beautiful Cavaliers with all the qualities of temperament and structure of Pepper, with an added boost of exceptional heart health from Elroy. (Elroy is the complete package in beauty, temperament and health.) Elroy was completely free of murmurs and signs of heart disease at 9 years old. He was found to have some mild thickening in an echo cardiogram a few months later, and there has been no progression of disease since then. This is remarkable! We are trying to breed towards a later onset of this terrible disease and I am willing to take the risk that we can do this. I will be keeping a puppy or two for myself, as will the stud’s owner and another colleague of mine. I will sell the other puppies, if there are any, to informed people who understand the situation. The price will be significantly lower than usual. These puppies will still come with a 2 year health guarantee, like all of my puppies. Please get in touch via my email bluehousecavaliers@gmail.com and/or apply below if you are interested.
Duckie and Pumbaa’s 5 puppies were born May 15th—1 boy, MILK DUD, is available at an exceptional price.
Pumbaa is an AKC Grand Champion and Duckie has a pedigree full of International Champions!

Duckie is a SNUGGLE BUG. Her favorite place is always in someone’s arms. Her father is a beautiful AKC Grand Champion. Learn more about Duckie HERE.
Duckie and Pumbaa’s first litter together was perfection–I am keeping the girl from this current litter–my highest vote of confidence!

Ready to go home July 24th
$3500*
MILK DUD is FUN! He was the first to figure out going up the back steps in our yard. He is always up for playing. Milk Dud loves people–he never backs away from a potential friend or new situation. A puppy that is this confident is a puppy that won’t act out of fear. He is perfect for your outgoing family. He’d love to go to the soccer games and park with you! His markings are striking and he is a friend to everyone.
MILK DUD is available for the special “last man standing” price of $3500* limited registration. He is FUN and happy. A $500 Deposit reserves your puppy.

This is Ivy’s first litter! They are eating well and gaining weight. These puppies will be ready to go home September 1st.

Both parents have OFA approved Hips, Hearts, and Patellas. This litter is unaffected with DECC, DM and EFS.
“But I don’t WANT a boy puppy! Girls are better pets.”
This is a common misconception. It just isn’t true in this breed!
READ MORE >>In my experience and the experience of my fellow Cavalier breeders….
- Both females AND males that are not spayed/neutered will mark in the house if they are not properly trained.
- Females are typically hunters and mothers in the Canis genus of animals, making them more likely to be territorial and protective, especially if they aren’t spayed. Mine are definitely like this!
- Male Cavaliers are famous for their lovable, goofy personalities and extreme affection and attachment to their humans. Also, they lay around a lot.
- Service dog training organizations do NOT choose their candidates based on sex. Instead they look for intelligence, a desire to please, and a love of accomplishment.
- Male Cavaliers typically LOVE to have a “job” and respond quickly to training, and are no less trainable than females.
- Our Cavaliers are bred for temperament. We choose aligning and complementary temperaments so we know you will get that classically loving Cavalier puppy—no matter what sex it is.
Transportation options are available. Please apply and ask your questions. I can meet at an airport or I can fly with the puppy to your airport for the price of the flight.
